Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MiseSnag. By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
MiseSnag transforms public recipe videos from TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube into structured ingredient lists using AI. The service is provided as-is; recipe extraction is best-effort and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying ingredients, allergens, and quantities before cooking or shopping.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use MiseSnag. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Free and Pro plans
The free plan allows up to 2 video extractions and 3 recipes per month. The Pro plan unlocks unlimited extractions and full transcription. Pro is sold via the App Store and Google Play; subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their store policies.
Acceptable use
You may not (a) submit content you do not have the right to process, (b) attempt to bypass usage limits or paywalls, (c) reverse engineer the service, (d) use MiseSnag to violate any law or any platform's terms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), or (e) abuse rate limits or attempt denial-of-service. We may block content or accounts at our discretion to comply with platform terms or applicable law.
Content ownership
Original videos belong to their creators; MiseSnag does not claim ownership. Extracted recipes you create or edit are owned by you, but you grant MiseSnag a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and (if you mark them public) share them on the discovery feed.
Disclaimer
MiseSnag is not a substitute for professional dietary, medical, or allergen advice. Ingredient extraction can be inaccurate; always verify with the original recipe and your own judgment before consuming.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiseSnag is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using MiseSnag at any time and request account deletion. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature survive termination — including Disclaimer, Limitation of liability, and Governing law — will continue to apply.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in São Paulo, Brazil, except where you have non-waivable consumer rights in your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these Terms; we will post material changes on this page. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
